Ralph Durante, President/Partner

Ralph utilizes his 30+ years of consulting expertise to drive value and deliver results for mutual success. Prior to EDGE Technology Services he was the former President and CEO of a full service technology consulting business that employed over 850 consultants in fourteen cities throughout the United States. Before becoming actively involved in the consulting industry, Ralph worked in the sales organization at IBM for seventeen years.

Leonard Matteo, Jr., Senior Vice President/Partner

Leonard has over 30 years of extensive experience in IT Consulting, professional services and solution offerings. Prior to joining the EDGE Technology Services, he held varying roles in consulting sales, executive sales and marketing management for three major information technology consulting firms based in Connecticut and New York.

Joseph Lion, Senior Vice President/Partner

Joe has over 25+ years of extensive information technology and media industry experience. Before joining EDGE, Joe was the Vice President of Application Development at ESPN for more than ten years. He was responsible for all aspects of systems strategy, design, development and support.

Kate Cervoni, COO

Kate has over 20 years of consulting and operational expertise. Extensive experience in overall management of business development, recruiting, service delivery, and operations in large scale corporate environments as well as small and medium entrepreneurial organizations. Kate is responsible for overseeing all of EDGE Technology Services’ operations.

Sarah Foss, Interim SVP Media

Sarah Foss, an industry veteran with over 20+ years of media expertise, organizational transformation, and enabling organizations to growth. After working as a strategic consultant for Edge Technology Services for over a year, she has moved into the role of Interim SVP Media. In her new role, Sarah serves as a client sponsor, driving large-scale systems and IT projects, and guiding the internal team for continued success. Prior to serving as a strategic consultant Sarah served as the CEO of VCI Solutions, a media software company, for four years. She also has held various roles with Harris Corporation Broadcast Communications Division including Director of Marketing, Director of Product Marketing for Media Asset Management, and Managing Director responsible for overall operations in Paris, France in addition to multiple management roles within the Public Television System. Coined as an agent for change and expansion, she also is experienced in leveraging talent and resources for strategic, stable growth. With her internet and software start-up experience, Ms. Foss has been a driving force in company expansions. She serves on the National Board of the Alliance for Women in Media.

Mark Federico, CFO

Mark joined Edge Technology Services, Inc. in 2002. As Chief Financial Officer, Mark is responsible for the planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company as well as assuming the role of strategic advisor. Mark has over thirty years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive knowledge in both the service and manufacturing sectors.
